When drains and sewer lines backup it's very frustrating. There are different reasons for clogs. Mainline sewer its roots, grease, feminine products, in smaller lines like lavatory sinks, tubs and showers its usually hair and soap buildup. In kitchen sinks, mostly it is food from the disposal and grease, these are the most common reasons for backups in a house today.
At Central Heating & Air Conditioning Service, Inc., we have over 15 years of experience in unclogging and cleaning sewer and drain lines. We use state of the art equipment. Drain Video Machines and Hydro Jetters.
A clogged drain can be a real hassle, but we have the solution. First, our professional drain cleaning contractors will open the line and review the problem at hand. Then we will use our company process to thoroughly clean any clogs that are there.
In this process, every single inch of the previous piping is removed from the home and replaced with either Stainless Steal, PEX, or copper (upon request). Every plumbing fixture receives new re-piping; all faucets, toilets, tubs, showers, hose connections, your water heater, and every other fixture or appurtenance requiring water receives the piping of your choice. Our recommendation?
We will re-pipe in Stainless Steal, PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) or Copper if you prefer. PEX is a type of plastic water pipe nearly identical to the black poly we use to install all of our new main water services. PEX is formulated to withstand hot water temperatures, is extremely flexible, and if you prefer, comes in red, blue, white and clear colors. We will also, if necessary, install a new pressure regulating valve, or PRV during the process.
